 Youth Instructional Football Camp For 1st Year Players (K-5th grade)

  • This camp is designed for new and inexperienced players who need to learn and catch up on their football knowledge and skills before summer practice starts, taught by former NFL and Collegiate standouts.
  • Players will learn the fundamentals of football such as: positions, responsibilities, stances, plays, schemes, tackling, catching, throwing and learn how to make big plays.
  • New players will gain confidence and knowledge as they learn basic and fundamental skills that players use every day in practice and in games. We will also introduce dynamic stretching, routine practice drills, and physical/mental demands they will face in their upcoming seasons.
  • Each day players will put their skills learned to the test with our daily skills challenges and competitions.

Price = $125 for 4 Week Camp, or $35 Daily Class.

Pick either 4 Week camp on Saturdays, or 4-week camp on Sundays

 OFFENSIVE POSITIONS
  • Quarterbacks – throwing, stance, exchange, set-up, ball handling, reading defenses.
  • Wide Receivers – stance, start, release, route running, cuts, receiving, blocking.
  • Running-backs – stance, start, ball security, pass & run blocking, route running.
  • Tight ends – stance, start, release, run blocking, pass protection, route running.
  • Offensive lineman – stance, run & pass blocking, responsibilities & rules, reading defenses.
  • Returners – catching, fielding, returning.
DEFENSIVE POSITIONS
  • Linebackers – stance, reading offenses, rushing, tackling, blitzing.
  • Cornerbacks & Safeties – stance, reading offenses, coverages, recognize & defend routes, tackling.
  • D-Lineman – stance, reading offenses, run stopping, pass rushing, gap coverage.
  • Defensive Ends – stance, reading offense, shedding blockers, tackling, rushing the QB.

 

Option 2.

Pre-Season Youth Football Camp

(Players 2nd-6th grade)

  • This limited-contact camp is for returning and experienced players who want to build fundamentals from former NFL and Collegiate athletes.
  • Each DAY players will receive in-depth comprehensive instruction on their selected offensive and defensive positions, and will put their skills learned to the test with our daily skills challenges and competitions.
  • Players will build on the fundamentals of football such as positions, responsibilities, stances,plays, schemes, tackling, catching, throwing and learn how to “read” to make big plays.
  • Our training staff will teach and group kids according to age, size, position, ability, experience and aggressiveness.

Price = $125 for 4 Week Camp, or $35 Daily Class.

* Athletes will select desired position for offense & defense.

 45 mins of offensive positions, 45 mins of defensive positions, 30 mins of skills competitions.
